A little wax hang up is normal, especially in the top third of the candle burn. Typically, as the candle burns down, the sides will catch up.
We use only premium ingredients including wax, wicks, and fragrances and each combination is thoroughly tested before the candle makes it to our line-up. While this doesn't necessarily 100% prevent any issues, our testing methods are designed to reduce the chances.
When burning your candle for the first time, allow the wax melt pool to reach the edge of the container or close to it. This will set the candle's "memory".
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at one time. Allow to cool completely before relighting.
Yes, you should always trim your candle's wick before each burn. Trim it to 1/4 of an inch above any wax before lighting your candle. You can also trim the wick at any point that your flame is getting too large or you are seeing a lot of soot. Simply extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and re-light.
Wicks of all candles can mushroom at the top, with some wicks more prone to this than others. Keeping your wick properly trimmed can help with this issue.
We only offer returns, refunds or exchanges if your candle or melt arrives damaged. We do not offer returns because of personal scent preferences.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the candle is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours of receiving your item. We do not offer replacement, refunds, or accept returns on items that have been used. For example, if you light your candle, that is considered used. If you use a piece of a wax melt, that is considered used.
For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a flat rate of $8.00 per order for all orders $74 and under.
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders $75.00 and over within the continuous U.S.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email when the label for your order is created. Please note that the tracking status of your order may take up to 48 hours once the label is created.
Once your order is shipped, final delivery is out of our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time but hope to in the near future.
Please be aware that candles and wax melts can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures.
We are not liable for products that have melted during transit or when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly suggest that you arrange for your order to be delivered to an home or business where there is someone who can receive your package. We are not liable for packages left outside during hot temperatures.
